OVERNIGHT STAYS
Comfort and Company Through the Night
Overnight care is booked separately from your drop-in visits, giving you full flexibility to build the exact coverage your pet needs while you're away. Both options run 10pm to 6am and include a bedtime potty break on arrival and a morning feeding and potty break before departure.

GETTING STARTED
Booking Your Pet's Care, Step by Step
NEW CLIENTS
Your first step is scheduling a complimentary meet and greet.

CURRENT CLIENTS
Log in to your account through the web portal or the Time to Pet app, then select "Scheduling" to begin.
Once you're in, here's how booking works:
Step One
Choose Your Coverage Dates
Select the start date and time, and the end date and time, for the full period you need care.
Step Two
Choose Your Drop-In Type
Decide whether your pet needs Flex, Plus, or Premium visits for this scheduled service (or add a combination of each).
Step Three
Build Your Daily Schedule
Select how many visits you want each day and the time block for each one. Your schedule doesn't have to be the same every day. For example, you might choose three visits on your departure day, four visits on the days you're fully away, and one visit on your return day. You're in control of what each day looks like.
Step Four
Add Overnight Stays, If Needed
Once your drop-in schedule is set, add overnight care for any nights you'd like a caregiver staying with your pet.
Step Five
Submit Your Request for Approval
Once you've built the perfect care plan for your pets, simply submit your booking request. We'll review everything, confirm your requested dates, and contact you if anything needs adjusting. Once approved, your care is officially reserved and you're all set!
Now all you have to do is enjoy your time away — we'll handle the rest. ❤️🐾
